Where do you ship?

How can I get in touch with customer support?

For assistance, please get in touch with us at pomkinmail@gmail.com or send us a message through our contact us form. We will reply within 24 hours. 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please submit a request our contact page. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation. Your request will be processed within 1 business day.

How do I know which size will fit me best? 

We try to include a size chart in all our item listings. We advise that you consult it before purchasing. Also, do not hesitate to contact us and let us help you with the correct sizing. 

How long does it take to process my order? 

Once you confirm your order, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. If there is a delay in shipment of your order, you will be notified.

How can I track my order?

When we ship your item(s), we automatically send you a tracking number to the email you provide us. You can also track your order at any time here.

May I exchange my item?

Yes, if you receive your item(s) and need another size or color, we would be more than pleased to help you make an exchange. Please contact us to arrange a return of your item(s), after which we will re-ship the appropriate size.

Can I have my items sent by express mail service?

Yes, when you go through the checkout process, there will be an Express mail option for an extra charge. We usually use DHL as our default express mail service provider.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Paypal. We offer you a completely secure shopping experience. All confidential or other information related to your credit card is encrypted and coded by the SSL protocol. We do not store any confidential information on our server.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Don't like what you received? No problem. We offer easy returns. Check out our return policy here

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 1 business day. Please note that it takes 5-10 days after the refund for the funds to show up in your bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company.  Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us .

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

In the unfortunate case where you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us. Pomkin staff will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as we can. If you do not receive your order within 60 days, we will refund your order. Please ensure you give us the correct address during checkout. If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided in the order during the checkout process, we will invoice you the additional shipping charge it requires for us to re-ship your order.

What if the item I ordered is not as it was described in your shop?

We guarantee that you will receive the items as described in our shop. If your item is significantly different from the our product description, you can either A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item. To read more about returns, click here.
