FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 1-3 weeks because items are shipped from our international warehouses. Keep in mind that MOST CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THEIR ITEM WITHIN 12 BUSINESS DAYS FROM PLACING THEIR ORDER (note that weekends are excluded). We will do everything in our power to ensure speedy delivery.  However, please understand that shipping delays sometimes do occur and this is out of our control.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, including unit or condo number. In the unfortunate event the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address we have for you, you will be invoiced and must pay the additional shipping charge required for us to re-ship your order to you.

FULLY TRACKED

You will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number associated with your order. Once the item is shipped you will be able to track its progress step by step on the way to your door. If you do not see your tracking information right away, that's ok, sometimes it takes 2-3 days for the tracking system to update.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you need your items faster than regular shipping, we offer Express shipping for $29 available at checkout. Delivery time frame is within 3-4 business days worldwide.

**Please note for fur parkas only: our fur parkas are sent by Express shipping by default. Choose free shipping when purchasing your parka, and it will be shipped by Express for free.

DUTY & TAXES PAID

To make things easier, we pay all duties and taxes for you. You will not have any extra charges coming to your door unexpectedly.

RETURN POLICY

*** NEW Update: Unless significantly damaged or not as described on arrival, we will no longer accept returns for our fox fur parkas as they are custom made to order. We ensure correct sizing by corresponding by email regarding measurements.

All our items are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Therefore, if you are not happy about the product you’ve ordered, you may return it to our return warehouse in either Montreal or Ottawa, Canada for a full refund. 

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the correct item.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and has to be unworn, unwashed and free of any damage, with any original tags still attached. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after we receive your returned item.

Please follow these three easy steps to return you order:

  1. Go to "Contact Us" or write an email to pomkinmail@gmail.com and send us a brief note explaining the reason for the return with your order number
  2. Wait for our email with the return authorization
  3. Using the shipping method of your choice, ship the item(s) back to the Canadian address we provide you. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you choose a non-trackable shipping method when returning your items.
